Just upgraded the firmware on a Xerox ColorQube 9201 to accommodate network printing for a MacBook.

After upgrading two problems popped up.

Problem 1: When trying to scan to a network share using smb the error “Selected Job Request Cannot Be Supported”
Solution:

• Properties > Workflow Scanning > File Repository Setup : Edit the default destination
• “Default Repository Document Path” was blank on the old firmware. Add a /
• 

Problem 2: Cover pages are added to every printed and scanned document
Solution:

• Properties > Printing > General : Edit Banner Sheets
• Although “Print Banner Sheets” may be set to “No” they still print
• Set it to “Yes” and apply, then print. Set it back to “No” and apply, then print.
• The Banner Sheet or Cover page should stop printing.
